At Arrow Tool and Gage, we are proud of our wire electrical discharge machining (EDM). Clients from the oil and gas, aerospace, automotive and defense industries rely on us to machine their couplings, keyways, splines and other part details. Our 5-Axis EDM equipment is CNC controlled and can work with all of your industry’s most in demand materials, like carbon, spring and stainless steel, aluminum, brass and bronze. We can machine parts up to 27” long, 15” wide and 15” high, all to tolerances as tight as .0005”. None of your machined parts leave our facility without being thoroughly inspected to guarantee they meet your industry’s most demanding standards.

Plus, we offer some excellent additional services, including blanking, piercing, drawing, forming, progressive tooling, honing, anodizing and reverse engineering.
